Avon Players is celebrating its 79th season of bringing quality entertainment to its community.  Founded in 1947, Avon Players is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community theatre located along the winding banks of Stoney Creek in the quaint Historic District of Rochester Hills, only about two miles from the heart of downtown Rochester.  Avon Players has been performing shows in its unique A-frame playhouse since 1965.  With ticket prices well below those of professional venues (not to mention free parking onsite!), we offer patrons a high-caliber theatre-going experience that is also affordable. 

We produce five shows each season plus a youth theatre production each summer.   Our plays and musicals are labors of love for our talented and hard-working volunteer members.  Avon provides our members with a creative outlet, an environment in which they can hone their craft, and opportunities to learn new skills, all in fellowship with other passionate volunteers.   We strive for high production values and take pride in sharing our work with our patrons.

However, bringing exceptional theatrical works to life takes more than heart.  And, as with all resources, those required to do our work are more costly all the time.  And, so, we ask: won’t you join us in our mission?  Through our new partnership program, your financial support can ensure our continued success while your company’s name reaches new audiences.  If our partnership tiers are not within your means, another way to visibly support our worthy cause is to purchase a playbill ad, placing your brand in front of more than 8000 sets of eyes per season.  You can also contribute in a way that is truly personal and unique by creating a custom sponsorship.  In whatever way you choose to support us, you can do good while feeling good about it.  And, as we are a non-profit entity, your donation is tax deductible, so, good for your bottom line as well.
